Journey Into The PAST

To open the pop up, day one will begin with wellbeing, safety and security at the forefront as we journey into the past through a wholesome yoga practice and collective sharing circle. You’ll have the opportunity to delve into your senses, connect with others and share your own stories through objects, all whilst being held and supported from start to finish by dedicated wellbeing practitioners.

‌Introduction

We, Anisha & Neelam, will begin by welcoming you into the community space and to the wellbeing practitioners that will be supporting you through the afternoon.

‌Yoga with Jaina

In this yoga session Jaina will take you on an experiential journey to ground into your body and the present moment. Jaina will deliver carefully guided instructions along with hands-on adjustments and assistance for those who would like a deeper experience. Through the power of movement, breath and energy you will regain a deep connection to yourself.

Once we have all arrived and connected into our body and felt into the collective group energy Jaina will guide us through a meditation to move our awareness and attention into the space of the heart.

Resting into the heart we can find a sense of love and compassion for ourselves and the feelings and emotions that we may be experiencing. The heart is the gateway to the soul and it is at this point that we will become more receptive to our soul.

The session will end with a guided relaxation where you will feel that you have fully arrived into the body, mind, heart and soul. It is here that you can rest, let go and trust in the experience and journey that you have taken and the journey that you are about to embark on in the sharing circle.

‌Sharing Circle with Anisha & Neelam Supported by Poonam (YSM8)

Objects have the ability to hold many stories, emotions and energy. After connecting to your body and soul through yoga with Jaina, we, Anisha & Neelam will welcome you into a beautiful sharing circle supported by somatic coach, artist and creative facilitator, Poonam Dhuffer.

Poonam will be supporting us to hold the sharing circle. She will invite you to ground into the space, relax deeper into your bodies, and express your stories.

Anisha & Neelam invite you to bring along an object that is special to you and holds a story or stories that you wish to reflect on and share. Objects could include an heirloom such as a piece of jewellery, an item of clothing or a photograph.

Throughout the sharing circle you will have the opportunity to share your stories with the community, listen to the stories of others and reflect on the beautiful group energy.

There will be time throughout for moments of pause and reflection and we will close our circle in a collective ceremony.

And you'll also be able to shop Anisha's handcrafted Jewellery pieces, and speak to Neelam about booking on to her personal styling consultations.

Get Creative in the PRESENT

We’ll then journey into day two, bringing you into the present, ready to get creative, inspired and hands on! A day of colourful and creative sessions including a Colour & Style Workshop, a creative Moodboarding Workshop and an interactive Jewellery Making Workshop to firmly ground you into the present! Khao Suppers will be keeping you fuelled with a mouth watering homemade Indian lunch. 

‌Colour & Style Workshop with Neelam 

‌Learn all about the power of colour and your personal style with Neelam! 

In this interactive workshop with Neelam she will be introducing you to the world of colour, colour analysis and the power of your personal style! And in true Adorned Narratives style, you’ll walk away feeling uplifted, energised and ready to embrace colour!

‌Colour Theory

• The session will begin with an introduction to colour theory and colour psychology
• Learn about the impact that colour has on your hormones and how this can affect your mood and emotions
• Understand how the colours you wear can affect how other people perceive you 

Colour Seasons

• Explore your complexion including your skin tone and undertone including which metals work the best for you
• Learn about how your hair colour and eye colour can impact the colours that suit you
• Neelam will introduce you to the colour seasons so that you can begin to understand how different tints, tones and shades of colours can impact your appearance 

Colour Draping

• It’s time to try some colours on! Neelam will be guiding you through the process of colour draping and how to determine your colour season
• Learn about why black might not always be your colour for you

‌Style Personality

• We’ll be taking a quiz to understand our style personalities and how these affect how we dress
• Neelam will be introducing you to some up and coming colourful brands to give you some creative inspiration!

‌We’ll end the workshop with an uplifting visualisation taking you into your new personal style. 

‌Get ready for a transformative and colourful experience! 

‌Lunch 

‌We’ll be taking a pause to delight your senses with a mouth watering lunch from Khao Suppers! From Vada Pav to a Mixed Chaat Puri, your taste buds will be tingling! And to wash it all down we’ll have refreshing drinks from Cocossa King Coconut Water and Remedy- Kombucha. 

‌Mood-boarding with Anisha & Neelam 

‌Following on from the colourful morning we’ll move into a moodboarding session to get your creative juices flowing. Anisha and Neelam will be guiding you through the process of creating your own moodboard to unlock your creativity. We’ll be using different textures and tools to help you explore your artistic side, visually express concepts and insights gained from the morning and form the vision and vibe for the next workshop. This is the perfect opportunity to get hands on and have some fun!

‌Discover the Art of Jewellery Making with Anisha Parmar Studio

‌Unlock your creativity with our hands-on jewellery making workshop, designed for beginners and hosted by Anisha, especially for the Adorned Narratives pop up.

‌Explore the divine feminine and goddess themes as you create your own unique pieces of wearable art.

‌

Workshop Details:

Duration: 2 hours

‌Focus: Hand-painting wooden bases for necklaces or earrings, and adorned using various laser cut components, just like Anisha’s designs!

‌Level: Perfect for beginners

‌What to Expect:

Join us for an afternoon of artistic exploration and creative fun. The perfect setting to learn the intricate process of jewellery making, from design to the final piece.

‌Hand Painting and Assembly:

Our Community Pop up!

‌And finally we’ll end the pop up on day three with a celebration of the future! Join us as we showcase some of the incredible creative talent within our community including everything from artists, illustrators, beauty and wellbeing to fashion brands and more. With a lively space suitable for all of the family, it will be a pop up not to be missed!
